Devil Bart has been attacking Springfield, where he stole babies and released ghosts to scare people. Homer and Bart feel it is time for them to become superheroes and rescue Springfield. Bart becomes Bartman and chases Devil Bart to a warehouse at the border of Springfield. He tries to kill off all of the ghosts that Devil Bart is releasing but has limited amount of Barterangs. When he runs out of Barterangs, Super Homer comes in and assists him in fighting Devil Bart. Using his heat vision, he is able to kill the ghosts efficiently and even hurt Devil Bart, but now babies are being thrown at him as well. Super Homer needs to avoid burning the babies and, at the same time, try to defeat the vicious villain.
