Whta is Overlayer?

Basically all it does is have an image overlay on your screen, and the window will always be above all other windows. Meant to be used for holding like a reference picture when you draw in some digital drawing software such as manga studio, without having to alt+tab. You can minimize or collapse the window as well!


I will make a v2, with hopefully better design and features. Planning to make the iamge be rotate-able and window sizeable.
