Entry for Competition05 'Design a Handheld Game.'

A bit rushed, only got to iron out the bugs after I got back from vacation, but here goes!

Block City is an old-school platformer. Although limited in graphics and variety in enemies/objects, the smooth and fun gameplay goes to show how well you can make a game even without fancy graphics and other advanced techniques.
