The goal of this game is to remove all pills by eating them with your xanman. Piggies try to eat you so you should avoid them. The xan bars will help you. When you eat one of those the piggies temporarily become afraid and can be chased for points. Also sometimes a pill bottle appears, eat it for a bonus. Get the highest score and don't be eaten.
