HOW TO PLAY:
1.Download file
2.Find where the file is on your computer
3.Right click file and unzip it(you will need winRAR or an unzipping program - just click open with, and then the unizipping program)
4.Now you see a bunch of files, click the one named The Mean Streets.EXE

This is a GTA fan game with a 10,000X8,000 map(runs at 30 FPS!), 23 vehicles(more to come), and 4 weapons!(more to come).

The next version of this game to be released will be the full version, 1.0. It will be completely finished. About a month after that is released, the game will be updated, adding about 15 new vehicles, and several new weapons!
