This program allows up to 12 pictures, Text,custom text color, Multiple different border styles (30), custom save name and positions, auto scaling of images to large or to small, custom background,shadowing text with custom color, NEW now has 10 different fonts, movable title, 2 new gimmicks a Rating (e,t,m,a) and rain/snow falling creating a random effect,and can load up multiple different styles of images. Also saves it to be a .png for easy screen shot upload.Also made a little bit more user friendly.
