* LEFT, RIGHT | Joystick = move left right
* UP | A = Jump
* DOWN | Joystick down= Duck
* CTRL | X = Attack
* M+Direction | LB+Direction= Dash
* SHIFT | Y = Throw coins

Player 2 - Keyboard (gamepad is the same as p1)
* A, D = move left, right
* S = Duck
* W = Jump
* 1 = Attack
* 2+Direction = Dash
* E = Throw Coin
