You are a US marine, a lone wolf however who is a recon and scouts the desert along with his team. recently a bunch of terrorists has been popping up and causing problems for the us government. the us have declared that they will destroy these terrorists, your job is to follow commands from your superiors and help in taking these terrorists out. you will be fighting in open ground, caves and huts. use cover wisely, the AI will try shoot you. watch your health in the left-hand corner, that is all you have for one mission. there are two weapons you get, the first is the m4 carbine which you'll be equipped with every mission, it is great for long range and you also can find the mp5 submachine gun in certain places around your missions which is good for close-range. You will pliot various vechicles like jeeps which pack a massive punch and have much more armor. desert recon is built on two engines, it uses code from the gm7 FPS engine and also the Doom/WOlfsterin engine FPS. please report any bugs you find as well so it can be fixed or put in the bug list to be avoided. make sure you read the mission briefing at the start or else you won't know what to do.
