Friction Using X and Y Variables

I found this old project lying somewhere, so I decided to fix it up and put it on Yoyogames.
Basically, this example has acceleration and deceleration using the x and y variables, which is MUCH harder than using hspeed or vspeed. One big problem I encountered was screen wrapping. The "Wrap Screen" action only works for hspeed and vspeed, so I had to use coding to make the screen wrap. I don't know why you'd ever use this if you could just use hspeed and vspeed. Maybe I just put it up to show off. 😊
