Govill was an old town colonized by the european settlers long ago. It was called tis because everyone was fast, and the colonization grew faster than ever. But, as of now, Govill is a pitiful land to the side of Kedrille. Kedrille, is the competition. All that have ever lived in Govill move here, and soon Govill fell apart. But dew to the loss of this land, taxes were high, and Kedrille was packed. So, Govill HAD to rebuild. That is your job.
