Information:
After finding a near ancient GM6 game I had made over 5 years ago name "Rampage" I figured It would be a good idea to make a revamped version, in 3D. So, I present to you: RAMPAGE!

V1 Notes:
This is a tech demo only. There are no enemies or missions. It is simply displaying the capabilities of the game.

V2 Notes:
LAN (Local Area Network) multiplayer is now fully-functional.

V3 Notes:
Changed all menus, added credits, and added kill and death display in multiplayer.

V4 Notes:
Added lock-on to enemy players (Hold shift when aimed in and fire your weapon to shoot at that enemy) and rockets will lock onto the current enemy.
Changed map structure to save memory. The map is split into 10 sections, 5 on floor 1 and 5 on floor 2. Every section is color-coded (red, pink, yellow, aqua, and green) and the elevator is blue. The only part of the map that is drawn is the one you are currently in, and arrows at the borders of each section show which color the section is when you walk through the border. It also makes it easier not to get lost because you can easily tell which section you are in.

All in-game menus are in 3D space. In other words, if you bring up your HUD, it appears as a hologram projected from your hand.
Quick weapon selection system (Scroll through weapon options and the click to arm)
4 weapons (Autorifle, Scatter-cannon, Heavy machinegun, 4-shot RPG)
Offense and defense system (Aim in and click to fire current weapon, or click when not aiming to shield)
1v1 LAN multiplayer deathmatch

Controls:
W (Walk forward)
S (Walk backward)
A (Strafe left)
D (Strafe right)

Escape (Toggle pause)
Q (Scroll through available weapons)

Right click (Aim in)
Left click (Fire current weapon when aiming, confirm weapon selection, or shield when not aiming)
Space-bar (Jump while on ground or use jump-jet while in the air)
Shift (Sprint when on ground, lock on to target when aimed in, or boost while using jump-jet)

LAN Multiplayer:

Starting and joining a game:

To host:
Click Online from the main menu, then Host. You will be brought to the wait menu and will remain
there until the client joins the game.

To connect:
Click Online from the main menu, then Connect. A message will appear in which you must enter the Host's IP Address.
Because you are playing a LAN game, you must enter the local IP of the Host, not the global IP.

Finding the host's IP address:

On windows XP
Click Control Panel on the Start Menu>Network Connections
Now right click the connection that the Client is connected to the Host with and click Status.
Click the Support tab and of the IP Address on the Host computer. It's usually a variation Of 192.168.2.3 but the last one or two numbers are occasionally different in order for the network to understand which computer is sending what data. Copy this IP Address down somewhere and save it for future LAN games.

On windows vista:
Click Control Panel on the Start Menu>Network and Internet>Network and Sharing Center>Manage Network Connections
Now right click the connection that the Client is connected to the Host with and click Properties.
Click Details and find the value of the IPv4 IP Address on the Host computer. It's usually a variation Of 192.168.2.3 but the last one or two numbers are occasionally different in order for the network to understand which computer is sending what data. Copy this IP Address down somewhere and save it for future LAN games.

Once the host has started a game and the client has joined it, both payers will spawn at random locations on the map. The current game mode available is 1v1 Deathmatch with a 25 kill limit. Remember though. If you run out of ammo with all of your weapons, It counts as a suicide! A suicide subtracts a 1 kill penalty. The first to reach the kill limit wins!
