Stats system includes:
Save file system. Saves your stats to a notepad file, which can then be accessed on the next run.
The player and his weapons all have recorded stats. Eg: Kills, Xp, Rank, Accuracy etc.

Dynamic Weather system:
Random weather patterns include: Light fog, thick fog, heavy snow, light snow, showers, heavy rain, thunder storms.
