This utility helps you create voices for your Tomtom Go navigation system. You can record all the files you need, and then compile it.
I think you need to have some knowledge of these things before you use this utility.
BEGINNERS GUIDE:
Place in a empty folder,
record the sounds,
compile the sounds,
and follow further instructions.
