I have just fixed a few minor glitches:
boss health
experience and level ups
disabling some effects to make the game run faster
removing some darkness to make the first couple of screens easier(actually possible)
pretty much everything I promised I'd fixed.
(this isn't version 1.0.0.1 yet. this is just an update.)

An RPG I'm currently working on that's turning out great. There are still some bugs and errors but it is the first release and I will be continuing development in 2 or 3 weeks. So enjoy. Tell me if you find any glitches. I will fix the experience points problem.
