A circle dock!

Controls:

Right click - Open menu.
Left click - Run App/URL/Folder.

Icon mode - Use the left and right arrows and scoll through the icons, then press enter to choose the selected icon.

Edit Dock - See Icon mode.

Edit HUB - See Icon mode.

Shrinking - Click the center button twice to shrink the dock down to the System Tray, click the icon in the system tray to open (or close) it again.
