Shift/Space: Shrink and Run

For the GMC Jam #1: Pancakes.

Info:
-There are two powerups. The purple one gives you a damage boost for a short amount of time. The red one explodes on contact, harming any enemies nearby.
-You can shrink and run with Shift/Space, but while shrunken you cannot attack.
