A simple, nice looking battery meter.

The time remaining takes a while to become accurate, bacause it calculates the time the laptop takes to loose a percent of battery power and works out an average of these times. This method is used because i couldnt find a dll for it and i wasn't going to make a battery meter without the time remaining shown.
