SHIFT/X: Jump/Enter Level/Menu Selection
SHIFT+UP/X+UP: Spin Jump
CONTROL/Z: Run/Pick things up.
ARROW KEYS: Move/Duck/Slide Down Slopes
SPACE BAR/C: Reserve Item/Map Inventory
ENTER: Pause/Unpause
F1: View This
F2: Restart Game
F3: Full Screen + Resolution (Sharp)
F4: Full Screen (Blurry)
F5: Frame Skip On/Off
