go to http://www.yoyogames.com/games/178614-movement-support-lib to download a better version of this. it includes the same joysick controls and also more actions.

if you want to use this all you have to do is leave a comment when your game is finished so i can see it.

use this library to control an object with a joystick. i made this library because all the other tutorials had large pieces of code. with this, you do not need to write a single piece of code. just select the maximum speed you want your object to move in and define which controller you wish to use. (1 or 2. anything else will either not work, or automatically use controller 1. )

put in Game Maker8's lib folder.
i have included codes in the readme file that you can use instead of the lib if you want. lite version of game maker will work.
