Goal
Welcome to Solar Explorer. The goal of this game is to get your Explorer to collect all of the Sun icons and Energy hints before you are attacked by deadly Pollution Monsters. At all costs you need to avoid them. Dynamite is placed strategically around the grid to assist you to fight off Pollution Monsters. Once you collect a piece of dynamite, you will be able to fight off Pollution Monsters for a limited time, so be quick and collect as many Suns and Energy hints as you can. Get the highest score and don't be eaten.

Playing
Use your arrow keys on your computers keyboard to steer your Explorer around the maze and collect Sun icons and Energy hints.

Levels
The game has four levels which become increasingly more difficult. The first level is the beginners level with additional levels becoming more difficult with the addition of secret passages, additional Pollution Monsters, faster game play and more complex grids.

Why was this game created?
The Solar Explorer game was created to raise the awareness in the community of alternatives to the use of fossil fuels for energy generation. Fossil fuel generation produces carbon dioxide which is released into the atmosphere, enhancing the greenhouse effect and contributing to global warming.

Solar Explorer promotes the use of Solar Energy as an alternative to conventional energy generation methods. Solar power is the conversion of sunlight into electricity and is a clean energy generation alternative.
