Due to overpopulation on the earth, caused by exploding population rates and melting polar caps which cuases less space for too many people, the goverment of the earth started a Top-Secret Project. They started to populate a new spotted planet, on which human life could be possible.
A New Planet needs new technologies, because of this, only scientists are allowed to live on that planet.
