This is a meter that starts at 100 pts. & counts down to 0 by 0.2,
the meter is customizable, it can be used as a limit for being super, or a limit for a power up,
the sprites came from Spriters Resource, I learned how to do Health etc, etc. from a example off of gmc, Enjoy!!
