This is a simulation on malaria infection. The simulation demonstrates how the body fights disases. I am no doctor so don't use this for medical purposes, this is to show you what i think is what the body's defenses will look like, the anitbodies stick to the antigen and disables it, white blood cells will then engulf them, there are two kinds of white blood cells in this simulation, the natural killer cell goes after infected cells, the marcophage attacks bacteria. After a number of time eating antigens the white blood cells will wear out and the body will replace them.
Here are the controls:
Right click for bacteria
Left click for antibodies
Space for white blood cells (about 8 of them will do)
Ctrl to increase/shutdown red blood cell production
Press A to increase/shutdown antibodies (there are 3 levels)
Left and right arrows to decrease/increase FPS (frame per second)
Press R to reset
F5 and F6 to save/load
If the health bar runs out, it means there are less than 50% normal blood cells and the person is likely to die
