Draw Plus is a drawing program made with game maker. It includes brush, line, fill, eraser, and eyedropper tools. You can choose a custom color with the spectrum color picker. There are multiple size options, and you can save as jpeg and project file, and load project files.
You can also load backgrounds to draw on.
