The game is in Dutch but if you want to play it in English I am giving you a translation of what you should do:
You need two people and you both need to choose whether you play with Z (left eye) or M (right eye).
First you will see the screen with the instructions and then you will have to press space to continue to the game.
After the countdown you need to slam your chosen letter to keep your eye open and close the one of your opponent. The first with a closed eye will lose the game. After this you can press R to replay the game for a rematch or whatever you want to do with the game.
