This is basically a random number generator, that you can change the minimum and maximum numbers then generate a random number inbetween. The maximum is 9 digits so the best you'll get is -999999999 to 999999999.

To be honest, I didn't expect it to work much before, but the two seeds I got were pretty nice, so use this as you will!
