A very basic program to add filters and distortions to images you upload. After adding the filters you want you can save the image. (for some reason you cannot re-load that image, so only save if you do not wish to add more filters). Loads of fun and a great time waster. (It has to add all of the pixels in the image to a grid, so it takes a long time to refresh after the image has changed.) Enjoy this little thing while i'm working on my next game. Feel free to suggest any other filter types, they are pretty easy to make. So have fun and don't forget to rate and comment on Arctic Survivor II!
