This program will convert your wav and mp3 files to ogg. It is actually a frontend for 2 different commandline programs. They are oggenc2 and madplay. Yes It works. It can also play and stop playing your created ogg files. Please read the game info for more information. Your files have to be in the same directory as this program for it to work.
