If the game only shows the player, press N and try again. I updated the game and the update allows you to choose from 3 different settings that has to do with the lag.
Do you hate lag? Do you love defeating enemies in a laggy game to make it go faster? Then this game is for you. Arrow keys to move. Left mouse button to shoot. Enter while enemys are generating to stop generation of enemies and play the game. R to restart the game and play another round.
