Malignant Tenant is a Tower Defense game based off the popular sci-fi/horror genre, zombies. However, there is a twist. Instead of your typical human slaying zombie’s game, we are introduced to the perspective of the zombies. A brilliant break though in science has left the world wondering if it could be true; can my disease be cured? The world’s top 20 scientists have come up with a serum which can vanquish every devastating disease known to man. Although the scientists have found the answer for so many, they made one simple yet horrific mistake. If the serum which they call the “Nullifier” heats up to a temperature above 10° degree Celsius, it heats up and evaporates. The bi-product which is left over becomes airborne. The longer this chemical is in the air the more time it has to mutate. Once breathed in by a living organism, it starts to take control of its cells and becomes a base for which more mutated cells are created; turning that organism into what everyone knows them as…Zombies!! All over the world this outbreak is happening; the zombie apocalypse has begun. It’s time now for our players to begin their destiny, to rise as zombies, to take the earth for their own greed and power!


Players will find themselves playing various maps throughout the world, some may be recognizable, and others may not. You are the all mighty of zombies! As bodies fall in your reckoning use them to create more zombies. You are hungry for flesh and brains; this is how you stay alive! The humans are escaping to gather in numbers, kill any who crosses your path. The more humans who make it out of the destruction take away from the total lives. Once out of lives, your reign of terror is over… the humans have gathered enough survivors to spawn a counter attack.
