Instructions:
Singleplayer:
Use the WASD keys to move your car, brake with the "space" button and apply the limiter with the "L' key.

Multiplayer:
To control the blue car use the arrows keys, 0 for braking and 5 to apply the limiter from the keypad.

Important:
Saves from previews versions will NOT work with this one!
