Added in a title intro, customized loading bar, new backgrounds, and a new level!

Just a quick demo of my game in progress, Ginger Jump, where you have to find the key in each level to make the door appear that transports you to the next level. Collect "Soul" pieces to replenish your life and to increase your score. Spacebar is used to shoot out fireballs that will destroy the spinning spikes. Left and right arrow keys move your character, and the up arrow key is to jump. The graphics are temporary at the moment. Just trying to get more content and more levels first before I really work on the graphics. Enjoy the game and don't forget to leave feedback! Feedback helps me to improve the game!
