Here's a little somethin' somethin' I've been working on and off for a while now, which now happens to be an old version (I don't feel comfortable uploading this in it's current state, due to the amount of glitches and level problems).

Controls:
Move - Left/Right arrow keys
Jump - Up arrow key
Shoot - Shift

The basic idea behind this was your health doesn't regenerate, and you can't pick up aid kits. You must get as far as you can through the levels without dying.
