This is great prank that will cause a lot of frustration, but is totally harmless in the end. It's basically a phony windows emulator with all functions "access denied," except the computer owner is under the illusion that his/her computer crashed and logged them on to a temporary account. (I have had this frustration before.) It works best to have it on a flash drive, so you can get it on to the victim's computer, run it, and get out of there!
