An old Russian Roulette themed game that was banned from the arcades shortly after its release in Japan, due to its extremely controversial nature. Not only did it contain blood and violence, but adding to the controversy, the controller was shaped like a gun, making the game feel more realistic (as it had a motion sensor that made sure players had to aim the gun to their heads to play). Luckily, the rom is now available to be played on an emulator, which you can download here, with the game included.
