Magus is placed in a very ancient time, millions of years before the first species appear on Earth's surface. On such old times, supernatural entities used to roam in our world, with magnificent powers. They were called Magus, big creatures that are bound with fire, or ice.

They were granted absolute control over their powers, making possible the creation of deadly spells, entirely imbued with their element, and even create new entities, their Minions, simply with their element.

Such power, however, could not grant absolute balance and control over all the Magus, and then, a great battle between the two elements would start, tearing whole colonies and Magus apart, with only one element prevailing.
