Create a vector image in a text file and scale it to any level you want (e.g. 1000x) and save it as 32bit PNG file!
Perfect tool for creating logos with no quality loss, and in a very low size.
*NOTE: Creating a vector image requires basic (draw_) GML knowledge.
It's something like SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format.
