Gelatinman is tired of all the crime and corruption in his city. One day he decides to take on the goal of cleaning up for the good of the community. Armed with a heavy artillery of gelatin, he sets out on his mission. Drug addicts, armed hoodlums, and rappers try to prevent Gelatinman from reaching his goal, the house of a notorious drug dealer causing the inhabitants of the city to become zombie-like addicts.
