The street is a game where you are a gang leader.
You need to get money by stealing cars, race with them and sell them, blowing up people, picking up money from the bank or, not recommended, attack people.
But there are other gangsters too, so you need to spend some money for weapons.
At the end of a round you'll get a rank.
