The GameCave Effects Engine has been one of the most popular engines (and the original) around the GMC for 4 years now. It started with just a few effects, including rain and explosions - and is now a large library of visual effects, tutorials, and other resources designed to help you and your graphical side of game design. Along with the engine, a manual and 2 PDF tutorials are supplied with the package.
