I've done some changes with the following enemy, for now, it doesn't release exp.
Also I've removed 2-player mode completely, since it's nowhere close to being done.I've added a way to name your character, you'll need to enter the bosses room to do so.
And, I've made it harder to level up by decreasing the amount of exp you get, and increasing the need exp to level up. Lastly I'm starting to work on a partner for the character(thanks to Circuit for the idea), this'll also make it easier to live longer, so if your life is going down, i'd be a good idea to switch. Oh, I've also switched to fullscreen mode.
One last thing, you can now talk without having to switch to "talk-mode".

Controls:
Arrow Keys: Move around
Space Key: Attack/Talk
Z: Switch Weapons
Backspace: Restart game
CTRL: View Stats
Enter🙄ause
ESC:Quit(But you don't wanna do that, do you?)
