**Added Scrolling Staff & Light-Up Bars & a few more notes on the song

My 2nd attempt at a Guitar Hero engine, though I thought the use of Rock Band notes would suit better for detection. I made a MIDI of one of my favorite themes, the engine is WAY incomplete, but I wanted people to see how it was coming! Hope you enjoy so far.
