It's a game chronicalling the 3 months leading up to a nuclear attack on Washington DC. The game follows the life of Johnathan Wester, an agent for P.R.O.J.E.K. Wester is given the responsibility of tracking down the group responsible for releasing a virus into the american population. But since the virus is released through US currency stopping the spread proves to be a lot harder then Wester had first anticipated. Also years of isolation has left Wester with distorted view on love, greed, corruption, and morality. With only a mysterious briefcase, Wester must find a way to overcome his flaws and save the US population from their own materializm, before it's too late.

Each level is an omage to past games, so no 2 levels are the same.
