Built to be like it's 1987! w00t! (I think.)

MEGAMAN.1 is set during the MM series, (8-bit ones) and starrs as it is 8-bit, and 8-bit only. not 8-bit, with 16-bit sounds, or most 8-bit with real drawings or whatever.
