Just like Game Maker Racing
Up to run, down for brakes, left and right to steer. Sorry about the steering glitch do a little loop to get your control back. Use the up and down keys to select a track. Click the sparkle to go to Rainbow Road. The opponents are the Diamond Stone and the Crystal Ball. (Both from Paper Mario), if you hit a banana, you will not move for a while, if this happens, restart the game.
