Just as the title says. This uses a lot of code actions, but is very well commented, so just by reading everything you should learn SO much about Game Maker!

Made with Lite, so it's not gonna have a lot of cool features, but it's really only for beginner users and people who want to learn basic code, and I wanted anyone to be able to use it.
