It is the year 2113, and scientist Carl J. Ccalras (Kal-RUHS) has invented the first time machine. But during a dangerous malfunction, the doctor dies and a mass pack of mutated velociraptors and pterosaurs emerge from the machine. Coincidentally, they stumble upon a brain growth and cloning machine. Gathering a mass army, they become bent on feeding on the Intergalactic Space Station. The CIA send a highly trained lobster named Chip to destroy the army.
