Super Jump: hold "attack" key and "jump" key

Dog Character:

Attack: 5 (on the keypad)
Walk left: left on the arrow keys
Walk right: right on the arrow keys
Jump: up on the arrow keys (or) 0 (on the keypad)
Super Jump: hold "attack" key and "jump" key
