I did my own version of the Tank Battle game in the Game Maker's apprentice book using different sprites. I do not own any of the sprites or music that were used in this game. The sprites came from the Game Maker's apprentice book and from free sprite websites. The music is Metallica's "Orion" a half-step sound lower.

The point of the game is to capture deplete your enemy’s health bar. The screen is split, with player 1 on the left side of the screen, (controlling the left side of the keyboard), and player two on the right side of the screen, (controlling the right side of the keyboard). The controls are:

Player 1
•Move forward = W
•Move backward = S
•Turn clockwise = D
•Turn counter-clockwise = A
•Shoot turret = Ctrl
•Shoot rocket = Space Bar


Player 2
•Move forward = Up arrow
•Move backward = Down arrow
•Turn clockwise = Right arrow
•Turn counter-clockwise = Left arrow
•Shoot turret = Backspace
•Shoot rocket = Enter


To quit, simply push escape any time during game play.
