Version 2 Now Vista Compatible
This is an engine I made when I was creating All Range Mode (ARM) for StarBord, but it went past the engine, and kinda made an arcade game. Feel free to use it, just credit me.
NOTE: THIS WAS NOT MEANT TO BE A GAME.
